Cancellation & Refund Policy

Current beta cohorts are free

CultivLab beta cohorts are free. No payment is collected. There is nothing to refund. This policy covers cancellation of enrollment and describes how future paid cohorts will work.

Cancelling your enrollment

You may cancel your student's enrollment at any time before or during a cohort by emailing privacy@cultiv.ai. There is no penalty. Cancelling a seat opens it for a waitlisted student, so please let us know as early as possible.

If we cancel a cohort

Cultiv.ai may cancel or reschedule a cohort due to low enrollment, unforeseen circumstances, or quality concerns. If this happens, you will be notified by email as soon as possible and offered a seat in the next available cohort.

Future paid cohorts

When paid cohorts launch (Phase 2 or later), the refund policy will be:

• Full refund if cancelled more than 7 days before cohort start date.
• 50% refund if cancelled 3–7 days before cohort start date.
• No refund for cancellations within 3 days of cohort start or after the cohort begins.
• Full refund if Cultiv.ai cancels the cohort for any reason.

This schedule will be confirmed, lawyer-reviewed, and published before any payment is collected.

Scholarship seats

When paid cohorts launch, scholarship seats will be available. Parents who join the free beta will be given first notice. Details to follow.
